Bu Gizlilik Politikası, "Cartavia" mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama", "Oyun") kullanıcı verilerini nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulamayı yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Cartavia bir hesap oluşturmanızı, giriş yapmanızı veya kişisel kimlik bilgisi (ad, e-posta, telefon numarası vb.) girmenizi istemez. Uygulama içinde herhangi bir profil sistemi bulunmamaktadır.
Oyun ilerlemeniz (tamamlanan bölümler, jeton/anahtar bakiyesi, dil tercihi, ayarlar) yalnızca cihazınızın yerel depolama alanında (localStorage) tutulur. Bu veriler Cartavia sunucularına gönderilmez — çünkü bir Cartavia sunucusu bulunmamaktadır. Uygulamayı silerseniz bu veriler cihazınızdan silinir.
Cartavia cihazınızın GPS/konum bilgisine erişmez ve bu izni talep etmez. Oyun, harita üzerinde elle işaretlediğiniz tahmin noktalarını kullanır; bu koordinatlar gerçek konumunuzla ilgili değildir, yalnızca bulmaca cevabınızı temsil eder.
Oyun bazı özellikleri (yer adı arama, ters coğrafi kodlama, şehir bilgi kartları) için aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf, halka açık API'lere internet üzerinden istek gönderir. Bu servisler kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir ve isteğin gönderildiği anda cihazınızın IP adresini görebilirler:

Bu isteklerin hiçbiri kullanıcı adı, cihaz kimliği veya reklam kimliği ile ilişkilendirilmez.
Cartavia, ödüllü (rewarded) ve geçiş (interstitial) reklamlar göstermek için Google AdMob kullanır. AdMob, reklam kişiselleştirmesi ve ölçümleme amacıyla reklam kimliği (Advertising ID) ve cihaz/kullanım bilgisi toplayabilir. Bu veri işleme Google'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir: policies.google.com/privacy. Reklam ID sıfırlama/kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatma seçenekleri cihazınızın sistem ayarlarında bulunur.
Uygulama içi satın almalar (jeton ve anahtar paketleri) Google Play Faturalandırma altyapısı üzerinden işlenir. Kart bilgileriniz veya ödeme detaylarınız Cartavia geliştiricisine iletilmez veya saklanmaz; bu işlem tamamen Google Play tarafından yürütülür. Satın alınan içerik nakde çevrilemez, gerçek para veya harici bir değere dönüştürülemez.
Cartavia özellikle 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Uygulama yalnızca INTERNET iznini kullanır (harita karolarını, ses dosyalarını ve yukarıda listelenen üçüncü taraf servisleri yüklemek için). Kamera, mikrofon, kişiler, depolama veya konum izni istenmez.
Cartavia geliştiricisi kullanıcı verisi toplamaz, saklamaz veya satmaz. Yukarıda belirtilen üçüncü taraf servislere (arama motorları, reklam ağı, ödeme altyapısı) giden veri akışı dışında hiçbir veri işlenmez.
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfanın üst kısmındaki "Yürürlük tarihi" güncellenecektir.

This Privacy Policy explains how the "Cartavia" mobile application ("App", "Game") handles user data. By installing or using the App, you agree to this policy.
Cartavia does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide personal identifying information (name, email, phone number, etc.). The App has no profile system.
Your game progress (completed levels, coin/key balance, language preference, settings) is stored only in your device's local storage (localStorage). This data is not sent to any Cartavia server — no such server exists. Uninstalling the App removes this data from your device.
Cartavia does not access your device's GPS/location and does not request this permission. The App uses map points you manually place as puzzle guesses; these coordinates are unrelated to your real-world location and represent your puzzle answer only.
For certain features (place-name search, reverse geocoding, city info cards), the App sends requests over the internet to the following public third-party APIs. These services are governed by their own privacy policies and may see your device's IP address at the time of the request:

None of these requests are linked to a username, device ID, or advertising ID.
Cartavia uses Google AdMob to show rewarded and interstitial ads. AdMob may collect the Advertising ID and device/usage information for ad personalization and measurement. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device's system settings.
In-app purchases (coin and key packs) are processed through Google Play Billing. Your payment/card details are never transmitted to or stored by the Cartavia developer — this is handled entirely by Google Play. Purchased content cannot be cashed out or converted into real currency or any external value.
Cartavia is not specifically directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from this age group.
The App only uses the INTERNET permission (to load map tiles, audio files, and the third-party services listed above). No camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or location permission is requested.
The Cartavia developer does not collect, store, or sell user data. No data is processed beyond the third-party data flows described above (search services, ad network, payment infrastructure).
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page.
